Turns out you can take the boy out of the Empire, but not the Empire out of the boy. So needless to say, when Darren McGrady, former personal chef to Princess Diana, hired us to redesign his web site, Tony was particularly thrilled. As was his mum.
Darren McGrady is every inch the gentleman you'd expect him to be after 17 years of Royal service. He's now in here in the States, giving cooking demonstrations, raising money for his favorite causes... and still creating amazing food in the British tradition. And with William and Kate tying the knot, his web site has been seeing a particularly high amount of traffic.
His new site is based in WordPress, with a blog for him to keep updated (and he does!) and a Twitter feed. He's a very motivated user of social media.
We could all learn more from him than just about British cuisine!
